Cancellation Policy
Flippoint operates as an independent solutions, service and trade brokerage. All enquiries, bookings and trade requests are subject to review and confirmation. Flippoint may fulfil services directly or allocate work to trusted third-party providers. We are not limited to in-house staff and may source specialists where required. Quotes are indicative until confirmed. Repeated or excessive quote requests may be limited or declined. Brokerage, sourcing and handling fees may apply at Flippoint’s discretion. All confirmed jobs are binding unless stated otherwise in writing. Flippoint buys, brokers and sources resale goods including (but not limited to): vehicles, MOT-failed vehicles, scrap, electronics, bikes, e-bikes, e-scooters, tools, metals and jewellery. Flippoint may act as direct buyer, broker or referral agent. All valuations are indicative until inspection and may change based on condition, legality and market demand. Proof of ownership may be required. Flippoint reserves the right to refuse any service, revise valuations, redirect items to alternative buyers and apply brokerage or handling fees. All trade transactions are final unless otherwise stated in writing. By using Flippoint services, platforms or communication channels, the client agrees to these terms in full.
